Troubleshooting

To find out what version of Stykz you have, you need to display the About Stykz dialog box. It's a little different based on the operating system you're using, so there's separate instructions for Mac OS X and Windows/Linux:

Mac OS X

Click on the Stykz application menu and choose About Stykz... from the menu:

This will bring up the About Stykz dialog box, which displays the version number:

Windows / Linux

Click on the Help menu and choose About Stykz... from the menu:

This will bring up the About Stykz dialog box, which displays the version number:

Providing the Version Number

If you are asked to provide the version number for troubleshooting purposes, make sure you include the whole version number, including the number in parentheses. So in the example above, you'd say that you had "Version 1.0.1 (220)", and NOT just "1.0.1".
