Forum Chat Box on Index Page

I think that you should add a chatbox on the forum index page. Be it on the bottom or the top i don't care, but I really think you should do it... and it certainly wouldn't be hard to do either.

Just something like:

Or a link to the IRC? I think they tried this on Droidz, and it got spammed/failed or something. But we could try.
