You're not bad with easing, I'd say the main problem is stiffness and realistic movements. You'll notice that some of your animations flow awkwardly because the stickfigures all have straight backs or something, you need to try to move almost every segment in every frame, no matter how subtly to remove this.

Good advice lynx.

Yeah, like he said, really try to keep your movements realistic and not... for lack of a better word, ridiculous. Mainly referring to your first animation.
