Basic Fight Contest

I haven't started! So I'll do 500 frames a day

I am ready for the challenge.

But I want a kinda RHG battle. The game is simple:

2 man, 2 character. Each person makes his/her own battle with his char and his opponent's char. In YOUR anims, always your char has to win. Each person uploads his anim. The forumers can vote for them. The better wins.

Simple. But you have to post your char to the opponent.
Any questions?

Not a question as much as a statement, you should post this in a new thread. This is a specific collab/contest. So hijacking it is rather rude.

Yes...and stuff like that was suggested before, and was pretty much ignored/failed. Our leets are sorta doing something like that, but it may be awhile before they finish.

Guys... 2 weeks is a long time. Half a month for a 250 frame animation max is enough time in my opinion. You just have to stop playing video games and start animating. Or do it while you watch tv.

Like I said it would be really nice if I didn't have to push the dead line, but if majority rules I'll give an extra week.

Meanwhile it would be much appreciated if everyone would try really hard to put about an hour a day into animating. For me, a large part of contests like this is to provide everyone with sufficient motivation to not put animation off.

IKE, you are an overpowered animator. As I said, i just do ten frames in an hour, but I try to make them look good. Problem is, I always edit the entire animation before I start another frame...

An hour to do 10 frames? Hmmm... if this is the case I am leaning to more time yet again. I wouldn't want to try and force more than an hour a day upon anyone.

Just to notify everyone, I'll be going to Hong Kong for about 3 days and I don't think I'll have much of a chance to get on the forums. I'd also like to clarify that I will be moving the deadline to March 12th.

AHHH!! I missed 3 days...30 frames...god thing there is extra time.

Is ripping out the heart too big of an effect? I wanna end the animation with that. And a camera zoom to the hand holding it. I think having him eat the heart is too much to ask...but I'm gonna continue the animation after the contest, so it'l be sorta like a sneak peek.
