Ok, if you don't see his feet, it looks a bit like he's wiggling around while being hung.

This is pretty bad animating wise. the shoulders are the worst, since you have them they have to move back and forth for the full swing like the arms, but instead they do half the motion then the loop restarts.

i dont agree about the loop, to me it looks like the arms dont even pass each other. but as long as you know you can do better, then ill stop.

The shoulders are fine, and the arms pass each other. It's just what Wind said, it's 3D you have to look at it a certain way.
