I've moved on from trying to make programs, to actually making some catchy music. I still do some anims and art here and there, but mostly I track and bug my mom for a drumset.

They have skirts and height controls and they hover. Racing hovercraft look kinda like boats with the fan out of water and huge.

But if it's that thing Dominator showed, then I guess I can try to make it.

There are also bigger ones the size of war carriers that are used as multi-terrain war carriers!!!!

All that you really need to do is put credit right by your animation where everybody will see it.
