It let's you change the frame delay during the gif export preferences.

I recommend 4 or 5.

It's strange how stick figure animations use such a low framerate as 20 as a standard. And when someone uses something significantly lower, it looks horrible...

Yeah, sorry. I don't have the patience for 20Fps. The highest I ever did was 17.

Mostly work on the camera. Also work on what figures you use, your anims could look alot better if you use other figures than what you did...
