It's very shaky, and needs easing. Also, LOWER THE FRAME DELAY!

It was slow and shakiness was bad, as well as he slipped before his foot landed, it seemed.

You still need work on easing. Make a ball go back and forth.

I was actually going to make it loop, but I ended up having to combine two vids to make it. And after like 3 hours I started to get a bit fed up and just wanted to finish it.
