There's a fine line between stiffness and shakiness. Also, the arm movement was a little unnatural.

Yeah, that was quite apparent, which is why I don't animate a figure when he's standing. :P Anyways, was the arm movement unnatural because of the end pose I was going to use for transformation?

Oh, right. Yeah, it DOES look weird when compared to the amount of leg movement, and the arm movement wasn't good at the end, either.

So, should I ditch stiffness until I have completely lost shakiness (cause shakiness looks worse than stiffness IMO)?

Yeah. It's not always necessary to move every node.

yah at the end his arm are shaky..they look jiggly....but the whole anim seems like it would be cool imo

The running is great, well eased and smooth. If you notice in the front arm at one of the frames, it sort of stiffens as it reaches to his head. Other than that, it's really good. :D
