We're doing it like this:
The first person creates a blank picture with an alpha channel and no background. He then adds a superhero that is from the group we all choose (Vote in the new poll). Once he's done that, he passes it on to the next person who adds their own superhero and adds effects too. Then from then on that keeps happening until we decide to stop, everyone has done it, the picture is over-crowded, or we have added the whole group, whichever comes first.
