The "feature grid" of Stykz indicates that Stkyz is capable of making animations. That is all I want to do for now, but I don't see how to accomplish that.
I have four 100 x 100 .gif files from which I want to make an animated avatar similar to this:

Is this easy and feasible with Stykz? I don't see how to do the equivalent of opening or importing .gif files. I realize that your software isn't intended for the purpose I want to use it for, but I thought I would check before giving up.
Perhaps I should use the ancient MS Gif Animator 1.0.2 from 2000?
If Stykz isn't appropriate, a suggestion of a free tool would be greatly appreciated. I've used the Qarbon viewlet software extensively in the past for slideshow animations, but I am very rusty with it, and I don't think it would be appropriate.

Sorry if this has been asked and answered multiple times. I didn't see it in the FAQ. and I'm trying to do a very quick evaluation of an appropriate tool. I think in the future, it might be very valuable to do stick-figure animations ... just not yet.
