1. Please use correct grammatical punctuations.
2. Styk Script is said to be as easy as speaking in english. Or at least close to it.

The problem is that english is a very difficult language.

GASPGASPGSAP WHAT ABOUT STYK SCRIPT IN OTHER LANGUAGES!

I would think that most technology script is understandable in all languages. not that's comprehensible, but for those who understand script undestand it in thier different languages.

Exactly. It's like thyme, if you make a script that uses the word "this," instead of changing every word into their language and then having the app try to understand it, it uses simple universal words. It shouldn't be that hard anyway. If you speak a different language then you may need to learn a few English words. *:)*

Right, programming languages are like that... you don't see Visual Basic or Javascript in a different language AFAIK - you just need to learn what words mean what... now documentation of the language is a different thing entirely...

English is the global market language, so most universal things will be in it.

wait I was right....wow for once I think logically. of course some aspects will be in need of translating, but if you really think of it scripting is the universal language that can connect the world..uuuhhh yeah, about that its 12:00 am and I'm in need of sleep, I'm glad I cleared things up. :)

In my opinion a scripting language for an animation program is completely useless, it would be cool but it would probably be a total waste of time to compliment and I can't think of any time I would ever use it.

Normal Animators wouldn't, everyone else would. It could be used for flashing, making games, making interactive animations, etc. Trust me, you would use it at least once.

I think it might also be useful in a kind of "macro-style" implementation. A good example would be one where you've done a bunch of frames and you forgot to add something in the background behind the figures, so you jump to frame 1 and add the background and realize that the figures all need to move down a few pixels to make it look right. But you would need to do this on all of the figures on all of the frames. So instead of going to each frame and moving things by hand, you bring up the script editor, build a quick script or macro that loops through the frames and does what you want and then execute it.

Animation is not the art of drawings that move but the art of movements that are drawn.
