Whats the longest frame capacity

Hey guys quick questions, i want to make 5- 10 min videos... is that possible with stykz? or even so would you recommend that i make a series of 1 min videos, export to .mov and combine them there?

I suggest making the multiple animations and exporting them to .mov and combining them. If you were to try and make a ten minute animation in stykz all in one file, the file size would be huge and your computer would most likely freeze for a bit and then crash stykz.

I agree with Synthro. Stykz will lag immensely if it has that many frames, especially if it's a detailed animation. You should animate short clips of the animation put them together in iMovie or Windows Movie Maker.

So yeah, it's possible, but there's a high chance of crashing, and most definitely lagging.

It really has a lot to do with the specs of your machine... Stykz needs to have the entire animation in RAM to play it, so if you have a lot of RAM and your frames are pretty simple and your frame rate was like 10-15fps, you might be able to get away with an animation of 5 minutes, but until Stykz gets optimized it would be a lot better if you broke them up into multiple parts.
