Description:
In the Preferences menu, under Speed and Timing, the '1' in '100ths of a second' is half behind the up and down arrows.
Reproductability:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click Edit
2. Click Preferences
3. Click Speed and Timing
4. Look at the 'Default GIF export frame delay:' line
Comments:
Not really a bug, but it just looks...unprofessional to me.

Same problem as the "teeny typos" bug... it's a font issue. I've fixed it.
