I have a mac, too, and I can export gifs just fine... If Synthro didn't clear it up for you (which I doubt), here's WhisperofLight's tut. It says it's for windows, but it works for macs, too. Make sure you're running the latest version of stykz. (comman-shift-u, I believe)

Mac's can make GIFs... and yes, they do. just see WoL's tut on Animated GIFs.

Go to Stykz.net and download the Mac version (Beta 3 Build 150) or Open stykz and press command-shift-U and update to beta 3.

I just downloaded the newest version. It's still just a GIF image of the first frame. It doesn't really matter, though. I uploaded it to an image hosting website and it plays there.
