I actually prefer the web-safe colors, only because they are easier to find and select. So I was wondering if that option will still be available on RC4?

Yes... it won't be until after 1.0 is officially released and we're working on 1.5 that we start working on color optimization. That doesn't mean that the Web Safe colors palettte will go away - it's just that you won't have to use it to get good quality output.

The ability to "lock" a figure into place so it can't be moved or pivoted (useful for background figures)

Hi guys when 2 will be released and add a Keyboard Shortcuts like when u press n next frame lot more easier itll be
and every figures are now in stk format fix it and do it taht it can read pivot 3 files too

what im looking forward to is sound effects... to be able to implement my own background music and sound effects in the anim it self would be epic, and make it a lot more accurate (and easier for that matter) than using imovie/windows movie maker...

to bad its gonna be held off untill 2.0 =/
