I convinced my english teacher to let me do stop motion animation for a project.

I just got a free trial of Flash MX, but I currently suck at it. How do you change a figure in one frame, but not the rest?

I realize it snaps too quickly in the middle.

Right click on the timeline > insert frame > right click on that frame > insert blank frame

I recommend making hot keys for those commands though.

Try making something frame by frame before you make 100% tweened animations.

Actually, I've been working all night on a Frame By Frame. It should be up soon.

BTW, would you by any chance know how to make a play button? I've tried using the premade beginner actionscript, but it doesn't work.

Just look it up on google. There are tons of tutorials and play buttons are relatively simple.

Actionscript is VERY easy to use once you have down the basics! I already know how to make a play button, a menu, and a website button! :D
