Why is the chat always empty?

This is a mix between a question and suggestion, so I hope i post it in the right forum.

I have noticed that the chat is always empty (at least when I have looked). I think that it would be nice if everyone would be more often in the chat, so people could talk about stykz, without having to post a topic in the forum, and refresh 10 times to see an answer.

Sometimes I go in, but timezones and stuff mess with talking. I used to have skype, and tons of the members preferred that. Dip or someone made a huge group.
