It's nicely eased, but a bit stop and go.

There are 3, one when he hits the wall, then when he lands, then at the end he bends over for some reason or other. Yes, there can be a slight pause on impact, but you've exaggerated on it too much. And the way he bends over at the end doesn't really fit.

And still, things are a little stiff, especially in the back. You gotta cram in lots of movements.

As for MPK, I stopped creeping on him as soon as I started seeing what went on in his private life (it wasn't pretty).

Really nice, the only thing i have a problem with is that the momentum kinda changes really quickly
He/she slows really fast from that really fast spin, maybe fix that
