Metal animation inc.

Welcome to the Metal animation inc. thread!


Heres where I will post my animations!

First:

This is the same animation as the one in my sig, it was the first "real" animation I did in stykz and I was very happy with it :D

A little animation using my car styk :P
(sorry for colours, the web colours table thing was wrong! :o)

This was for the SAOTW #3 :D

Yea well, it was my first animation in ages, I haven't used pivot for over a year and I only just got stykz :!:

Great start, might want to decrease your frame rate/frame delay a bit, and wait at least one second before making his head start to explode.
You may also want to decrease the speed the head increases in size.
You made a mistake a lot of relativly new animators do, you made it look like his body fell a bit for half a second, then stopped falling, then his arms and legs started to fall for half a second and then stopped, then repeat.
Try not to focus so much on the one part your animating, because it's a ***** doing them one at a time (don't even try it).

He kinda waits for a while after his head explodes, then falls down. Also, it looks like he hits some invisible thing before he lands on the ground. I like the car one.

The fall needs to be eased more.
