I can tell that you meant for him to get up really quickly, but I think it got up TOO fast, even for that kind of style.
Also, the actual flip itself was quite stiff, I'm not sure if it would help or not, but maybe deleting like half of the frames where he's rolled up would help with that.

I agree with DF. The flip...uhh...just watch a video on youtube. It involves a lot of body motion. even though it seems slight.
