I'd say first to work on getting better at walking and running.

uPdAtE!

I made this one in two days, surprisingly faster than any other animation I've done

The running was good, and so was the zoom. Work on easing, like the flip.

IMO the running need alot of improvement... The anim itself wasn't all that good, but the idea is really awesome. it made me chuckle a few times the first time around.
