I noticed something wrong with his knee, I tried fixing it but I stopped because I was just making it worse...
Please tell me what I can improve on...

Hmm, pretty good.

The stationary foot rises a bit throughout the animation. Also, the non-punching arm is a tad shakey.

All in all, a nicely eased and mostly smooth animation, good job!
