Nice tackle! I liek eet. The cuts are well timed. The close-up on the legs in the beginning is a lil bit weird though. Maybe just a bit stiff, with little up and down movement.

Anyway. I envy these animations. Keep it up!

Haha, thanks Jess. Yeah, keep in mind that these were made quite quickly because they're just practices. *;)*

@Wind3H: Looking forward to it!

Yes, I probably should have. I thought about it when animating, but I thought: "They're just practices...." I made it without hardly any editing. I'm just trying to get the feel of Stykz again.

Seriously, why isn't there a Freestyle Animation section in this place?

dont take my post too serious dude,i only want to give you tips and want to tell you what i see, so you can improve :) if you dont want tips,just ignore my post and all is good
also its ok just to make practise animations.... i dont want to tkae you down or something...
what should i write instead ? only that its cool ? i dont think that would help you much (ok, i didnt mention something good this time, i like the idea and the moves)
also there isnt a freestyle,because there arent ranks anyways :D

No, what you wrote is good! I like criticism, but the fact that these are practices I wish I could post them in a Freestyle section. This is more like just a show-off thread (wait, maybe I should just post in the "Animation Natter" Section *:|* ) Anyway, I'm going to edit the first post and make it clear that these are just practices.

BTW I appreciate you commenting on my thread, Wind. Don't take it the wrong way. *:D*

I wish this forum was more active. You and Jess are like the only people that comment now... :( That's one of the reasons I went back to ol' DD. But I'm back now and will be probably be updating pretty frequently.

One more thing. On DD... You know Kellawgs? I asked him for the Wu11 stk and he gave it to me and I showed him the animation I made with it in Stykz (it was unfinished at the time). And I said we should joint it. He said: "In Stykz?" I said yeah and he replied saying that he had Stykz, but he didn't "feel comfortable animating with it right now".

Personally, I like switching between Pivot and Stykz. They're both good reasonably basic programs. And I'm really excited for when the one-window interface comes out. It's going to be great and I think Pivot users will be more attracted to it that way. I really hope stykzman puts out a notice so that the DD members will get more involved again. The Stykz section on DD is basically dead now. :(

*whew* Sorry, that was a long post. Just needed to get that out there. :D

Yeah, the up and down movement is weird. It took me 3 tries to type the. Anyhoo, easing would be nice, but i know you know that.

Uhm...about there not being a freestyle section, you are right. we have thisthread though...

Maybe a post in forum suggestions will do the trick.
