Whenever I have it off, it starts instantly after selecting Blank or Default Document. I think it's because of the update check... I think it shouldn't affect performance, should it?

Yes, it's probably the update check - performance will be affected based on the speed of your connection. If it's pretty slow, then it may take a few seconds to do the check. I'll see what I can do, but in the meantime you might want to change the check for updates setting from "At launch" to something else.,

Aww... I do have a slow connection...

scykei wrote:Select several figures with Subselect tool. Make sure loop is turned on and press play. Stop the player and close it. Voila, the selected figures before pressing the Play button's move nodes are gone. The drag nodes should remain though. This is exactly like how it worked with the Select Tool before it was fixed in this build.

I'm not getting this... when I stop the StykzPlayer and close it, the tool has shifted to :select: and the figures that had their segments selected with the :subselect: tool are now selected with all the nodes red. Anyone else seeing what scykei's seeing?

Okay... let's say I select these few segments of a figure...

When I press Loop and then Play, and close the StykzPlayer. It becomes like this.

The move nodes from the selected segments are gone.

And yeah, I won't be around until Friday (my time) so I won't respond until then... Bye! *:D*

I converted an old .stykz into the new format, now when I play it while set on loop, it wont let me press the "X" button to exit. The play screen keeps popping back up.

Alternatively, I can just select "Pause" then hit "Done", but its habit for me to always hit "X", so its starting to bother me.

Thanks!

That's not just on old versions.

Oh, well all I have been doing so far on RC4 is add onto other animations. Not make any new ones.

Yes, it opens recently closed documents that you have been editing.

No, like, I closed the animation, nothing open, clicked file > open recent, and nothing happened.

When I try this. :select: I get this image :subselect: as the pointer and when I try the subselect I get a tiny :subselect:. They both still work, but I miss the :select:.

Also when I preview a vid and go back to the frame the onion shadow thingy from the last frame is gone. I have to select a different frame and go back for it to appear.
