From my own experience as a Windows user, that could mean that your display adapter has a problem of some sort... Things like that occasionally happen to me on Vista when a program modifies or shuts down my display adapter.

Could it be that my mac is powerpc and not intel?

Yes, I'm guessing that's it... I'll fix it for the next build; it's an interface library that apparently isn't cross-processor compatible, so I can either revert to an earlier interface library or make two separate builds... either way it will go away by next build.

Mkay, I don't use stykz on my craptop anymore, so it's not that big a deal right now. :)
